Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, but only within our daily modification window. We enforce a strict 5:00 PM EST daily order cut-off time.
- If you placed your order before 5:00 PM EST, you must contact us before 5:00 PM EST on that exact same day.
- If you placed your order after 5:00 PM EST or over the weekend, you must contact us before 5:00 PM EST on the next business day.
Once an order passes this 5:00 PM EST marker, it enters our automated warehouse queue and cannot be stopped, changed, or canceled.
What order details can be adjusted within the modification window?
If you contact us before the 5:00 PM EST daily cutoff, we can update your apparel sizing, correct typographical errors in your shipping address, or update your contact email. For your financial security, we cannot modify credit card payment details, adjust product prices, or apply post-purchase discounts.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
What are your shipping rates and speeds?
We provide a simple, flat-rate shipping structure for all orders targeting the United States:
- Standard Shipping Fee: $6.99 USD flat rate.
- Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (processed Monday through Friday).
- Transit Delivery Time: 2 to 6 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: 3 to 8 business days from the moment you place your order.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We partner exclusively with dependable, tier-one global logistics lines to handle deliveries securely, specifically USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Do you ship out orders on weekends?
Our customer support team is available on Saturdays to answer inquiries. However, our physical warehouse fulfillment and shipping operations run strictly Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will begin their 1–2 day handling processing frame on Monday morning.

Are there any return shipping or restocking fees?
No. We run an absolute zero-fee ($0.00) return structure. Evowearshop does not charge any restocking fees, and we provide zero-fee return shipping options to ensure a risk-free shopping experience for our premium blazer collections.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your return parcel arrives back at our facility and passes inspection, we issue the credit back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, or PayPal account ledger) within 7 calendar days. Your banking institution or credit card network may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to post the balance to your account statement.
